Care For The Coast is a not for profit organisation based on the NSW Central Coast run by Mums on a mission to unite our beautiful community by calling on its members to help families in our midst experiencing hardship and crisis.

 

The families we help and their welfare is of the upmost importance to us and we endeavour to embrace these families and get to know them so we can help them in the most effective way possible. We work to draw the struggling family away from their isolation into our community, not only assisting them with their immediate needs but giving them a feeling of being part of something, therefore increasing self esteem and creating a feeling of goodwill to others that may need help in the future.

 

Our primary function is the collection of new and preloved goods from the community to redistribute free of charge to those amongst us doing it tough, however we also act as a referral service to help families find the community services that can best aid them in getting back on top of things.

 

We communicate with the community mainly through our busy Facebook page that keeps everyone up to date with what is happening on the Coast, how they can help us help others and any general information that we think could be beneficial to our members.

 

Our mission is to create a feeling of community on the Central Coast. We pride ourself on working with a non judgemental attitude and see our role as helping to raise up fallen and to aid in the healing of the broken.
